Before you fill this form:

• You must be over 21 years of age to adopt a cat from Galway Cat Rescue.

• We expect any animal adopted from us to be treated as a full member of the family and provided with love, appropriate food, exercise, full veterinary care and access to a garden with shelter (unless previously stipulated that the cat is to be kept indoors).

• All cats must be kept indoors for 6-8 weeks before being let outside for the first time.

• If you live in rental accommodation, you must seek permission to have a pet from your landlord.
