Alfie

Alfie was found by the side of the road in May 2012, very thin, emaciated and wounded. He was taken to the vet to be put to sleep, as he seemed beyond recovery. He nudged the vet's hand to be petted and she was so moved she decided to try and save him. Galway Cat Rescue then took over and Alfie was fostered to full health.

He was adopted in August 2012 by Billy, and he is now a beautiful healthy cat with a nature to match his looks.
